How do I return an item?

Returns must be properly packaged, uninstalled, in new condition, and in original packaging. Shipping must be pre-paid by customer, and subject to inspection before refunds are issued. Restocking fees apply with all returns and some exchanges. Restocking fees vary depending on the manufacturer. Contact 888-503-7937 for an RMA number and instructions before returning. Category Five Technologies, Inc. has the right to reject any returns past 30 days the delivery date. All stocked items will be 20%. Items that must be returned to the manufacturer may vary from 20% to 35% restocking fees. Bradley items are only returnable if the item is a "BradEx" item. Some custom items may not be returnable.
